How to create a Team Blog?
A Team Blog is a blog where more than one author contribute to it. It is much useful when multiple people wants to work together under the same blog. In a team blog, one person create the blog and add other people to it as members.
As per the need, team members can be given administrative rights also. Admins can view and edit content of all, change template, delete comments etc. But non-admin member can only view and edit his/her own posts. So, team blog is nothing but simply adding members or authors to your existing blog.
How to add members to your team blog?
Step 1: Under Settings >> Basic, find "Permissions" section.
Step 2: To add a member, click "Add authors" under permission section.
Step 3: Now, on prompt, type the e-mail address of people you want to invite. You can type multiple emails separated by comma.
Step 4: Finally, click "Invite authors". Please note that, these people, you invited, will receive an invitation via e-mail. In order to join your blog as an author, they need to have a Google account. If they do not have one, then they will be prompted to create one at time of accepting your invitation.
