Google Adsense Ad review center updated!
Well, another update from Google Adsense. I received an e-mail from Adsense support stating that their Ad Review Center has been updated. I went through it and found some interesting changes in the review center of Adsense which I liked. So, here I will be sharing new things which have been added in your adsense account.
Whats new in Adsense Review center?
Change 1: Now, you can see which ads of yours are displayed to user most of time. Ads which are displayed more are listed on first page under Ad Review center. Below is a screenshot showing most displayed ads on my blog:
Change 2: Along with the list shown above, you also have a new feature which is generally a hover effect made available to see the actual size of the ad. You can select 'View' button icon to see original size.
Change 3: To block any Adwords account for your Adsense, now, simply click settings icon by moving your mouse over any ad and select "Block This Adwords Account". Things are made simple.
Change 4: Such type of ad review is available for each and every type of Adsense ad unit. You can see reports for content, Feeds, Mobile Ads, Hosted Domains, Search etc. I could not understand why Adsense team have still added "Hosted Domains" option in list shown below as they are going to retire this service soon.
Change 5: Under settings option, now you can decide either to run ads immediately they are started in Adsense program or you want to review those ads first. Well, its always recommended to choose "Run Ads Immediately".
i believe, this new feature and enhancement by Adsense team is going to help we publishers in great way to help us optimizing our ad units. Recently, I'm also seeing one cross icon being shown on few Adsense ads (not on all). Guess they are preparing to bring out few more changes. Anyhow, If you have an Adsense account, then you must check out your review center once by going to "Allow & Block Ads" tab.
